What is Exercise SURYA KIRAN?
Exercise SURYA KIRAN is a biannual joint military exercise between the Indian Army and the Nepalese Army. It focuses on counter-insurgency and counter-terrorism operations in mountainous terrains and enhancing interoperability between the two forces.
